The Free tier is live and self-serve. Cloud is in private beta — the price shown is indicative, and early customers help set it. Enterprise agreements are handled directly and invoiced, not through self-serve checkout, so we can scope the deployment and terms to what you actually need. When self-serve Cloud billing opens, everyone on early access hears first. Document Intelligence is quoted and invoiced the same way — we install and licence it per firm rather than selling a download, so it is never a self-serve purchase.
Common questions
Is the SDK really free?
Yes. The TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java SDKs are MIT-licensed and free forever. You only pay if you want Aroha-managed cloud infrastructure.
What counts as a 'hosted agent'?
An agent deployed through Aroha Studio and served from our managed infrastructure. Agents you self-host on your own servers don't count against any limit.
Can I self-host everything?
Yes. The registry server, identity service, and audit log are all open-source. Enterprise customers can run the full stack on their own infrastructure.
